Our leave is not a KPI

Last week we got in touch to let members know about CBA adding a KPI to do with using up annual and long service leave.

Your annual leave and long service leave are yours, you’ve earned them, and to link taking that leave to your performance at the Bank is not appropriate or fair. What you do with your leave is your business, your ability to meet your KPIs should not be linked to getting your leave balance down.

We’ve launched an online petition to let CBA know that we’re serious about this. Please sign in support of your fellow FSU members!

We’d again like to congratulate members who brought their concerns to the union.

Their bravery in standing up for themselves and their colleagues at CBA will mean that we are in a strong position to act collectively and let CBA know that FSU members won’t accept the linking of performance to their ability to get their annual and long service leave balances down.

We’ve got a flyer that you can download and distribute or stick up at work if you want to do more to help!

If you have questions about this or anything that’s going on at work, please don’t hesitate to contact our member rights centre on 1300 366 378.

In Unity,
Julia Angrisano
