Our priorities for Insignia Enterprise Bargaining - Important FSU session

Insignia has announced their intention to bargain with the FSU for a new Enterprise Agreement. This is our opportunity to secure industry leading pay and conditions for now and the years ahead while seeking a common set of employment conditions across Insignia so everyone is on a level playing field.

The FSU is holding an important briefing session to discuss and get your feedback on:

  • Our key bargaining priorities
  • The bargaining process
  • Timelines and next steps

Register here: Friday 10 November, 2pm (ADST)

This meeting is open to all Insignia employees. Be sure to ask your colleagues to register and attend by forwarding them this email.

Notice of Employee Representational Rights

If you’re covered by the Agreement, you would have received an email from Insignia containing a NERR (Notice of Employee Representational Rights). This is a formality that signals the start of bargaining for your new Agreement and alerts you to your right to be represented in the negotiations. If you are an FSU member, the FSU is your default bargaining representative, no action is required.
