Krissie Jones Confirms Overtime and TOIL Arrangements
Report Wage Theft Here
The retail restructure brought challenges for many of us – staff shortages, way too much time spent on tasks that aren’t in our scorecards, being thrown in the deep end without training or development, and poor NPS results.
We’re working together to make sure the solutions we’ve proposed are actually implemented to make life at work better. This means things like delivery of training, and having enough staff to do the job.

The good news is we’ve now resolved the wage theft issue.
Overtime and TOIL
You should have received an email from Krissie Jones, EGM Retail, confirming NAB is committed to doing the right thing about your pay. They will pay you for the extra work hours required to deliver excellent customer service.
If you haven’t got the email, we’ve included it here.
Your people leaders received a similar email so there’s no confusion about fair pay.
We’re Taking Action on Wage Theft
Wage theft is when you’re not paid for the work you’re required to do. There are no excuses – you must be paid. We’ve already reported several instances of wage theft to NAB and we’re expecting the bank to respond promptly.

Use of Pool Cars
The rule is: anything your employer asks of you must be in work time. That includes picking up and dropping off pool cars outside of your rostered hours. If you’re doing this in your own time you should report it immediately.
