Recently we presented our fair pay pledge to Link Group management at bargaining. Together, hundreds of us are pledging to fight for at LEAST a 6% pay rise this year to keep up with rising inflation and cost of living.
In response to our pressure, Link increased their pay offer – but it is still below what we need to keep up with cost of living.

So why won’t Link Group management give us a fair pay offer? They are saying that they are under financial pressure and do not have the resources of the big banks or super funds.
It doesn’t quite make sense when you look at the massive salaries and bonuses of Link Group execs.
Last year, Link Group executives received base salaries as high as $892,000, plus additional payments and shares worth as much as $1,730,000.
We are all working hard at Link Group and we deserve a fair share of our profits. Our pay cannot go backwards while executives receive hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.
Let’s continue our pressure on Link Group to get the pay offer we deserve.
