Police Bank terminating 2019 Agreement covering senior managers

Police Bank has advised the FSU that it intends to apply to the Fair Work Commission to terminate the Police Bank Enterprise Agreement 2019.

Management has confirmed that this will affect 14 employees who remain covered by the 2019 Agreement – all senior managers. All other Police Bank employees are now covered by the 2025 Agreement negotiated by the FSU and will not be affected.

Have your say

This means that if you were employed by Police Bank in 2019, and are in a senior management role, you will no longer be covered by that Agreement should the Fair Work Commission agree to terminate it.

If you have any concerns about your Agreement being terminated, please contact our Member Rights Centre at [email protected].
