Members have told us that they feel let down by RACQ in the transition to RACQ Bank and want to have their voices heard. In particular, members have reported low staffing levels combined with greater workloads and pressure to sell products, has left them feeling unsupported in their workplace.
Members in retail have further reported that they are not receiving bonuses any more due to the inability to be able to achieve their Home Assist target.

A delegation of union members will meet with management to voice their concerns and seek a resolution to ensure that RACQ Bank supports workers in their workplace.
