The Rural and Regional Affairs Committee of the Senate will be responsible for the inquiry, which is due to finish in December.
You can find more details on the inquiry here.
As bank workers on the frontline, no one else knows how important branches are to our local communities. In order to make the best possible presentation of our submission to the inquiry we need to hear from you.
Please fill in our short survey – we are interested in hearing about your experiences of branch closures and their impact on you and the customers you serve.
