Next week we will be given the opportunity to send a strong and clear message to RLA: their proposed new enterprise agreement fails to address important concerns raised by RLA workers.
FSU Members at Resolution Life told us they wanted:
- Pay increases for all that kept pace with the rising cost of living;
- Protections for Redundancy entitlements and extending the best possible deal to all employees;
- Improved leave benefits; and
- Competitive superannuation that sits above the Superannuation guarantee.
Resolution Life has rejected all of these claims.
We encourage you to share the following with your work colleagues where we explain in a bit more detail as to why we must vote “No” next week.
The staff ballot will open on Monday 22 August. We will share further information on this later in the week.
