Back in mid-March COVID-19 changed the way we all work and live. As government restrictions start to be lifted, plans are being made for workers to return to workplaces and offices across the country.
Westpac workers led the way during the COVID-19 pandemic to secure vital health and safety protections as well as special paid leave. As plans are now made for workers to return to work, it is vital we hear from you on the key issues: what does returning to work look like, is working from home going to be the new normal, what’s the impact on targets, and how do you ensure your workplace health and safety?

FSU have received reports that some staff are being asked to make proactive calls again, take annual leave before 30 September, and are wondering what returning to the workplace looks like.

We encourage you to share this short survey with your workmates and urge them to complete it so that they can also make their voices heard.
