We’re about to kick off round 2 of bargaining for our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) with RBA following our successful ‘No’ vote.
Well done once again to everyone who rejected RBA’s attempt to lock us into a substandard deal for three years. We didn’t fall for their trickery, and we said loud and clear that we are not “average”.
We return to the bargaining table with RBA on Monday 18 September at 1pm, and it’s time for them to come back to us with something better.
In order for us to win a better deal this time around, it’s imperative that we continue to remain strong and committed to getting what we deserve.

Join our meeting on Thursday 14 September at 3pm (AEST) where we’ll discuss our next steps for round 2 of bargaining and what we hope to achieve.
