Sale of CBA FP to AIA –
Urgent Meeting

With the approaching transfer of Financial Planners to AIA, FSU members report significant gaps in the information provided by CBA.

Come to the zoom meeting next Tuesday at 6pm to hear from your colleagues, get expert industrial advice, and build clarity on the issues affecting us all in this change.

Financial Planners need details on the new roles, to enable informed decisions about our career options. We require CBA to provide a thorough comparison of current and new roles – a basic step they are yet to take.

Beyond this transfer, some members foresee a restructure with significant impact on the roles and career prospects of all CBA Financial Planners. Right now, we can take steps to ensure CBA recognises our professionalism and contribution to the bank.
