Urgent Mass Member Meeting - Stop Morrison's IR Bill

Time's running out to save fair workplace laws

Dangerous new anti-worker laws could go to a vote in the Senate as soon as this Tuesday.

Join FSU members in our zoom on Monday to help stop this bill.

Australia will be worse off if this legislation gets passed. Pay and conditions will go backwards – for you, and for your family members, your friends, and your children.

We can stop this from happening.

These laws undercut existing rights and conditions at work, for every worker. Important entitlements like overtime, enterprise agreements, and safeguards for casual to permanent employment are at risk. The IR omnibus bill will give more power to big business to slash all our wages. Read a full breakdown of what’s at risk here: https://www.fsunion.org.au/ir-bill-explainer_fsu/

An urgent all FSU member meeting is called for Monday 15th March at 7pm (AEDT) to discuss how we can defeat these changes.

Make our voices heard to the crossbench Senators

These Senators hold key votes to stop the anti-worker Omnibus Bill: Jacqui Lambie, Malcolm Roberts, Pauline Hanson, Stirling Griff, and Rex Patrick. We’re deluging them with emails from everyday workers, telling them these unjust laws aren’t acceptable.

Tell the Senators to vote NO: https://actionnetwork.org/letters/stop-morrison
