Right now Westpac are proposing changes to your pay and conditions, including cutting your Long Service Leave accrual.
Your current entitlement is 1.3 weeks for each year of service, but Westpac are proposing it change to 0.8667 weeks for each year of service.
That’s a loss of 2.166 days a year in Long Service Leave.
1.3 weeks of Long Service Leave is worth fighting for. There is nothing harmonious about reducing our entitlement. Members said preserving our current arrangements for all BT and ASAGRD staff in SA – is only fair!
We all must send a clear message to management. Westpac need to do better – Sign our petition and get all your colleagues to do the same.
