Scorecards are normally reviewed starting in October and they set your performance objectives for the following bank year. If you don’t review and consult over them now, it makes it difficult to do so once they’ve been set, but you still have rights.
If you and your colleagues are interested in attending a Scorecards: Know Your Rights info session, then express your interest at the end of the quiz. We’ll then invite you to attend a Zoom meeting.
