Solidarity with our bank colleagues in America

Our bank colleagues at Wells Fargo in America have historically filed to establish a union. This is a first of its kind achievement at a major bank in America, realised only through relentless organising by Wells Frago workers.

FSU Delegate Samantha Halliday (originally from the US) shared her experiences with being a delegate in our union and how our collective action has helped achieve fantastic results for workers.

You can watch her message of support to our American colleagues here.

On behalf of members, the FSU has also sent in a message of solidarity which we’ve shared across our social media channels:

While we’re fortunate in Australia to enjoy a long and proud history of unions, this is something our American colleagues are fighting hard for. So please show your support by sharing our solidarity messages online through UniGlobal.
