Stateplus Commits to Resolving Issues Highlighted in Union Survey

A recent survey conducted by the FSU has highlighted that an increase in workload in the past 12 months is having an adverse impact on workers including Financial Planners and Client Services Offices.
The FSU, on behalf of its members, has met with StatePlus where matters concerning members and employees were tabled. StatePlus has committed to working with the FSU and its employees in addressing the concerns.
StatePlus has committed to the following:
  • A monthly meeting with the FSU to report back on progress on how the company is dealing with the workload issue and other concerns highlighted by employees.
  • Establishing a Working Group with FSU Representatives to consult and communicate measures that are put in place to resolves the issues.
The FSU congratulates all its members and StatePlus employees who took part in the survey.
