Dear Member,
With so much change over the last 12 months, it’s inevitable that Organisations across our industry are reviewing all aspects of their business. Now more than ever, it is critical that members understand how our new ways of working, the economy and other factors, have the ability to affect our employment conditions and entitlements.
Two significant issues at SunSuper are of course the due diligence being done on a potential merger with QSuper and the pay increase due in 2021, as well as the additional monies from the 2020 increase. This of course as well as the work from home/office split that is now part of the ‘normal’ way of working.
Your Union and its Workplace Reps, are organising a virtual check-in with SunSuper staff to better understand how these and any other recent changes have affected you and the way you work.
RSVP to one of the lunchtime meetings, guaranteed to be finished in just 30 minutes!
Members are encouraged to submit their questions during the registration process, to ensure we cover as many topics as possible.
Know someone who might like to attend? Members are encouraged to share this email with their colleagues.
To protect your rights at work the best thing you can do is join your Union. FSU members get specialist advice and support from our network of expert staff and workplace leaders. Join here.
