Last Friday we all got an email from Vivek Bhatia thanking us for our contribution, hard work, focus and commitment. He also reported the half year results which included revenue of $592 million.
Thank you? Really?
A real thank you would mean giving us a decent pay rise.
A real thank you would mean not continue to ignore us after bargaining has dragged on for more than 12 months.
As of last Friday – we are calling on Link Group to immediately put their inferior offer to a ballot of all staff covered by the Superpartners Enterprise Agreement.
When the ballot is here, we must vote “No”.
Get Involved – together we can win.
Once Link Group put this to the ballot and the majority of us vote No, we will be back at the negotiating table. We will then push them to offer a better deal to all employees including those in Grades 6 and 7.
You can assist in getting as many of your colleagues involved by sharing the following “Vote No” Ballot Kit:
- A flyer/poster that you can print or distribute electronically which highlights why we must vote no, and
- Zoom/MS Teams background supporting our “NO” vote campaign.
Choose one of these times to join our information and Q&A sessions on this ballot call and No campaign.
