The ballot for our IAG Enterprise Agreement (EA) is now open and will close on Wednesday 7 August, 7pm (AEST).
Together, union members have achieved a number of improvements to conditions and an increased guaranteed component on pay over the life of the Agreement. However, when casting your vote, members should also be aware of entitlements that IAG are removing from the current EA.
You can find a summary of the proposed agreement here.
If you are eligible to vote, you will have received an email from Corpvote (who are conducting the ballot) with instructions on how to cast your vote.
If you have not received an email from Corpvote and believe that you should have, please speak with your leader or contact IAG Employee Relations immediately.
If you require advice or have questions about your current employment arrangements or the proposed EA, please contact our union as soon as possible by replying to this email.
This positive result shows that when we stand together with our colleagues, we build better workplaces.
The improvements made in this EA are just the start. Much more can be achieved at IAG with strong, active union members, so today is the best time to join if you’re not already a member, or ask a colleague to join!
