The time has finally come to vote ‘yes’ to our proposed People First Bank enterprise agreement.
If a majority of employees vote ‘yes’, we will lock in the improved pay and working conditions we’ve negotiated over the past few months (you can see a list of these improvements here).
These improvements are only possible because union members have come together and demanded change. Former Heritage Bank employees will benefit from significant improvements to your current Award conditions, while former People’s Choice Credit Union employees will receive improvements to our existing conditions.
You have until 5pm (AEST) Tuesday 6 May to cast your vote.
You should have received an email from CorpVote with details about how to vote. If you haven’t, contact your manager immediately. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact the FSU on 1300 366 378.
And if you are not yet a member of the team that’s fighting for a fair deal for People First Bank employees,now is the time to join.
