Congratulations to every NAB FSU member on this historic day.
The vote has been taken and 85% of staff have voted in favour of our new NAB Enterprise Agreement (EA).
We’ve won industry-leading fixed pay increases which now apply to over 80% of NAB staff, as well significant improvements to our working conditions.

To continue achieving great outcomes like this into the future, we need to make sure union members continue to be strong and active across NAB – so if you’re not yet an FSU member, now is the time to join! Next Steps
The agreement will now be submitted to the Fair Work Commission for final approval.
Over the next few months the FSU will be holding information sessions to ensure members maximise the full benefits of their new EA, keep an eye out for more details coming soon.
