ANZ has issued a directive that they expect staff to attend the workplace a minimum of 50% of the time in FY 2024. They’ve also said a failure to comply with this directive may impact on end-of-year performance ratings.
This is a significant announcement that is going to disrupt the lives of thousands of ANZ colleagues and put future performance outcomes at risk.
ANZ colleagues have already demonstrated that they can work remotely without any impact on productivity – ANZ’s recent record breaking $7.4 billion profit announcement is a clear testament to that.
The FSU is calling an urgent meeting of ANZ colleagues to discuss this directive and our response.
