FSU and Allianz reach in principle agreement on the BPA
This week FSU and Allianz Australia agreed on a landmark deal with the introduction of a guaranteed* pay increase for non-packaged staff for the first time. This brings Allianz into line with IAG and BUPA who have already agreed to introduce across the board increases for staff covered by their agreements.
Voting will be open from 9am Tuesday 12 January 2021 and will remain open until 5pm Wednesday 20 January 2021 (Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time) when the ballot will close. If you are covered by the proposed new agreement you will have received the voting instructions.
FSU encourages you to vote yes on the 2020 Business Partnership Agreement which includes:
Pay increases of up to 1.5% per annum, with 0.5% guaranteed* for non-packaged staff, increase in secondary paid parental leave, up from 2 weeks paid to 4 weeks paid, increase in compassionate leave to 5 days and increase in paid domestic and family violence leave, up from 5 days to 10 days paid leave.
This agreement grandfathers conditions for ex-TIO CA employees and locks in pay increases for the next 3 years.
