FSU recently conducted a survey of Westpac Group Staff to gather your views on returning to workplaces as restrictions begin to ease. Hundreds of staff have completed the survey, sharing their views on working from home, targets, annual leave, and health and safety measures.

Given the recent increase in COVID cases in Victoria, and NSW hot spots, we have seen a tightening of restrictions. At the same time survey respondents have shared they are becoming increasingly worried about their health and safety. Key themes of concerns are social distancing, supply of personal protective equipment, and hot desking.
