WBC Group - Results are in

Friday, 25 May 2018

A union survey of more than 3000 staff across Westpac Group shows pay, job security, workplace culture and conduct as priority issues in a new Westpac Group Enterprise Agreement.

A series of meetings will be held over the coming weeks to hear the full details of the FSU Claim. The survey results have been incorporated into the FSU Claim document, and all FSU members will soon be asked to vote on the claim.

Is your team represented – How to hear the full Proposed Claim details

It is now time for FSU members to hear the full details of the proposed Claim.

Every workplace and team should send along one person to a meeting. That Person can be an FSU Rep or member, and they will take the details back to their workplace for a vote to be taken.

RSVP’s are essential to ensure your workplace/team hear the full details and then vote on the FSU Claim. Talk to your teammates now to ensure your workplace/team is represented at the meetings.

Follow this link:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WBC_Group_Claim_RSVP  to RSVP to a meeting of your choice. Don’t forget to provide your contact details in the space provided.

The meetings are approved by the bank, for one hour without loss of pay and will be held during work time.  Please attend the meeting most convenient to you and your workplace.
