We’re about to begin negotiations for a new enterprise agreement at TMBL, which will contain our pay increases and conditions of employment for the next few years.
TMBL management representatives and the FSU negotiating team met on Friday last week where we tabled our Log of Claims. Our Log of Claims sets out what TMBL staff want to see in our new agreement in this round of bargaining.
We highlighted the cost-of-living pressures on workers and our families, and have asked TMBL to factor this in when responding to our request for a fair and decent annual pay increase which keeps ahead of inflation.
