What do you think about Suncorp’s offer?

It’s time to tell us what you think of Suncorp Insurance’s offer for wages and conditions.

FSU members recently met to discuss Suncorp Insurance’s proposed package for our new Enterprise Agreement. The proposal is in response to our call for industry leading pay and conditions, with hundreds of members calling on Suncorp to step up.

What is Suncorp’s pay proposal?

  • 10% guaranteed increase over three years for A1-4 and FS1-4 employees (3.75% in the first year)
  • 9% merit pool increase for FS 5 and 6 employees
  • Merit pool determined by the Board over the same period for FS 7 and 8 employees.

While this proposed pay increase is an improvement on what other employers in the insurance sector have offered this year, we want to know what you think via our quick poll:

Are you satisfied with management’s offer?

The offer also includes several new conditions, with no loss to any existing entitlements. You can read the full summary via the link above.

Next week our FSU Representatives will provide your feedback directly to Suncorp management – so make sure youhave your say now!

Remember, we are stronger when we act together. Please forward this email to your colleagues. And if you’re not already a member, now is theperfect time to join the team that’s fighting for better pay and conditions at Suncorp Insurance.
