Stopping Branch Closures | FSU announced that another major, NAB, would not close branches in drought affected areas. |
Anna Stewart Memorial Project | Congrats to two of our new Organisers who completed the ASMP Training Course. |

AMP | Announced the selling of its’ Australian and New Zealand wealth protection and mature businesses to Resolution Life. Restructure in the Bank Distribution Team. |
ANZ | Commitment from ANZ to commence negotiations for a new EA in May, 2019. |
Bendigo Bank | Site visits were held in preparation for upcoming EBA negotiations. |
BoQ | In-principle Agreement reached, ballot expected to take place in November. |
BUPA | EA approved and effective from the 10th of October. |
CBUS | Site blitz for the Big Finance Survey was held. |
First Super / SBA | Contacted and requested to commence formal EBA negotiations. |
HBF Health Ltd | New Enterprise Agreement commences on 1st November. |
Hunter United Employees’ Credit Union | New Enterprise Agreement was put to, and passed, at the ballot. |
IAG/CGU | IAG Group Technology restructure announced. Reviewing current working arrangements for staff, instituting changes to current rostering arrangements for some employees in the Workers Compensation team in Geelong. |
ME Bank | Three new workplace reps recruited. |
NAB | Group 3 & 4 Salary Workshops held. Mentone branch was closed for a period of time after Union members took action over an OH&S issue. |
QBE | Announced a proposed organisational change to the Austral Collections business team. |
Westpac | EA ballot closes on the 1st of November. WBC announced a change to the ten day compliance leave policy. |
