A clear call for change
The message from our meeting was clear – we need real change in this round of negotiations. It’s time to address:
- Stagnant wages and a broken pay system, leaving thousands of employees worse off every year. Our pay isn’t keeping up with the cost of living.
- Workloads that cause actual harm, both physical and mental. Colleagues are working 50+ hours a week, just to meet minimum expectations.
So we are calling for real change in our new Enterprise Agreement, including 6% minimum wage increases, limits on excessive hours, and adequate Branch staffing ratios. Read the full FSU Members’ claim here.
