Will you support your AustralianSuper colleagues for a pay rise?

We’re getting closer to starting negotiations for our new AustralianSuper Enterprise Agreement (EA), which will determine our pay increases and working conditions for the coming years.

Many FSU members recently attended our union meeting to discuss and support our agenda for the upcoming negotiations, which was shaped by your survey responses and feedback. We will close off the endorsement process this week.

Let’s make sure you’re across what we present to management – have a read of our log of claims here.

As we move forward, we strongly encourage everyone who will be covered by this EA to become an FSU member. The more of us who stand together, the stronger we will be in securing fair pay and conditions.

If you’re not already a member, you can join here.

Please share this update with your colleagues and encourage them to support our agenda too.
