The strong YES vote means that the Agreement has been approved by a majority of those who voted, and the next step is for the Fair Work Commission to approve the Agreement.Management will also arrange for pay increases and backpay for FY22 to be passed on in your next pay as agreed on a successful vote outcome. Our Union community has worked hard to win this pay increase and improvement to conditions for everyone – this is another great example of what our Union achieves. We are stronger together.
