Are you on an individual agreement such as an AWA (Australian Workplace Agreement) or ITEA (Individual Transitional Employment Agreement) made before 1 January 2010?
Don’t know? Check your contract type on Sidekick.
These are known as ‘Zombie Agreements’ because due to legislative changes, they will automatically be terminated from 7 December 2023.
As part of its legal requirements, CBA Group notified affected employees of the impending termination and we have had enquiries from many members about the impact of this and what these changes mean for you.
Get a copy of your current agreement immediately!
CBA is not proposing to provide individual details of alternative arrangements until November. Those alternatives will either be an unpackaged or packaged arrangement underpinned by the Enterprise Agreement.
Our FSU Members Rights Centre (MRC) can provide individual advice on your contract types – call us on 1300 366 378.
As each of the Zombie Agreements is an individual arrangement, the terms and conditions may not be the same from one to the other, so we encourage you to obtain a copy of your current individual agreement (AWA or ITEA) as soon as possible from Sidekick or directly from CBA HR Direct via Dash before contacting our MRC.
