Your Pay and Conditions: CBA start the bargaining process

Yesterday you would have received an update from CBA about your new Commonwealth Bank Enterprise Agreement. This update and attached ‘Notice of Employee Representational Rights’ marks the start of the process required by the Bank to formally begin negotiations.

What do I need to do?

Members do not need to do anything as the FSU represents you during the negotiations. A bargaining team comprising of FSU staff and nominated CBA FSU Representatives (CBA workers – just like you) will negotiate for improvements to your terms and conditions based on your feedback.

It is important that we understand your views and what is important to you by completing our pay and conditions survey. The feedback provided will be collated and used to develop a log of claims – this is a summary of what FSU members will be seeking and fighting for during the negotiations.

Your cba ea 2023 survey

If you are not a member and wish to be represented by the FSU – Join Now!

But I’ve already done the survey

That’s great! Can you help by asking others to complete the survey too? With over 35,000 CBA employees across Australia, we need to have as many people as possible involved.

  • Share the survey with a colleague.
  • Download and print this flyer and display it at your worksite.
