MUFG RSS: Your back pay is due this week!

You are due to receive your backpay in this week’s pay run (back paid to 1 October 2025).

This payment is a result of most RSS employees voting for the new proposed Enterprise Agreement.

MUFG RSS employees will receive this backpay, except those covered by the Superpartners Agreement. We understand your back pay will be detailed on your pay slip, but if you have any questions or concerns about your payment, contact your union, the FSU, on [email protected].

Information is key

Understanding your rights starts with being familiar with your working conditions and entitlements, as set out in our Enterprise Agreement. Remember, the more informed employees are, the easier it is to enforce our rights.

What would you like to know more about? What rights, workplace conditions or entitlements would you like more information on? Let us know!

We’re pleased MUFG RSS employees will receive their backpay in time for Christmas. If you’re not yet a member of the team fighting for your rights at MUFG, join today.
