Brighter Super: We don’t work for free

We know many Brighter Super contact centre workers have been starting work 15 minutes before their actual start time… but we shouldn’t be working for free!

You are not expected to log in before your rostered start time.

Did you know that the FSU has secured new entitlements around start times and breaks for Brighter Super contact centre workers?

These entitlements, which were negotiated in our new Enterprise Agreement, clarify expectations around when we are required to start work and how our work requirements fit within our agreed rosters.

Come along to one of the below FSU information sessions and ensure you’re familiar with our new rights:

Thursday 21 November, 9am (Qld time)

Thursday 21 November, 7pm (Qld time)

Please note that the information sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams. Prior registration is required.

We hope to see you on Thursday!
