MUFG (Link) Management demands 50% office attendance – we’re saying NO

MUFG Pension and Market Services (previously Link Group) has unreasonably demanded staff work in the office 50% of the time, and they’ve done this without any consultation with us.

Since COVID-19, we’ve worked efficiently and well without any issues. So why now?

We need flexibility in our EA

This shows why we need strong flexibility clauses in our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) to protect our flexible working rights. 

Let’s send a strong and clear message to management that we’ll be voting NO on any EA that doesn’t contain a fair flexible working clause.
