Vote NO today to Acenda’s flawed Agreement!

Voting for Acenda’s proposed Enterprise Agreement is now open. Our union and FSU members are advising all Acenda employees to vote NO to the proposed Agreement and send management a strong message that we deserve better.

Voting is completely anonymous. The ballot will close at 5pm on Friday 26 June.

Please share this important information with your colleagues and forward this email.

The proposed Agreement:

  • only guarantees a pay rise for 47% of employees.
  • would mean most employees with RDO/ADOs will lose them.
  • does not guarantee us the right to work from home.
  • does not guarantee any minimum consultation periods for restructures.
  • does not improve our redundancy provisions.

How do I vote?

By now, you should have received an email from Vero Voting with your voting instructions, including a link to vote securely online. If not, speak with your manager immediately, or contact the FSU for further assistance.

All votes submitted through Vero Voting’s confidential ballot process are guaranteed to be anonymous.

What happens if we vote no?

If a majority of Acenda employees vote no, then our existing Agreement will continue to apply and negotiations will resume.

The more people who vote no, the more Acenda is likely to move in future negotiations.

So let’s stand together, demand respect, and vote NO to Acenda’s proposed agreement!

If you have any questions about the offer or ballot, contact us on [email protected] or call 1300 366 378.
