Are you affected by Bendigo Bank underpayments?

Bendigo Bank has informed the FSU about various underpayments made by the bank to casual employees between 1 July 2017 – 1 June 2025, as well as termination underpayments made to employees between 1 September 2018 – 31 July 2025.

The bank estimates that these underpayments total hundreds of thousands of dollars and affect thousands of current and former employees. We understand that all affected employees have been personally notified by the bank.

Management has stated that remediation payments for current employees will have been made by now, while former employees are expected to be remediated progressively and concluded by late January 2026.

If you have any concerns, including if you believe the bank has miscalculated your remediation, or you simply need assistance regarding your entitlements at Bendigo Bank, let us know and we’ll be in touch.
