Better job security at Bank of Queensland? A pay rise? You tell us!

Our union – the Finance Sector Union – will soon begin negotiations with Bank of Queensland for our new Enterprise Agreement.

First thing’s first:

Tell us what’s important to you

Note: The FSU is the only bargaining representative negotiating a fair deal for Bank of Queensland employees. If you are an FSU member, the FSU is automatically your bargaining representative and you do not need to submit a nomination.

Here are some of the things we can improve in our new Enterprise Agreement…

Don’t assume your colleagues have got this…

We’ve been doing this a long time. Trust us, workplaces that get the best job security and biggest pay rises are the ones where all employees work together throughout this process.

There have been significant changes at Bank of Queensland recently, so this is our best opportunity to secure working conditions that genuinely recognise our hard work and contributions.

We need you and your colleagues to get involved because there’s only so much our union can do without you!

Can you help us kick-start negotiations?

  1. Forward this email to your colleagues and ask them to complete the survey.
  2. If you’re not yet a member of the Finance Sector Union,. The more union members we have, the better our chances are of negotiating a fair deal.

Stay tuned! More important updates are coming soon.
