BOQ Agreement approved! New conditions now apply

The Fair Work Commission has approved our new Bank of Queensland Enterprise Agreement – congratulations!

This means the new and improved pay and working conditions we voted for earlier this year now apply.

We won so many improvements in this Agreement, including pay rises, an enshrined 50% WFH right, improvements to the workplace change and redundancy process, and more. You can read a full summary here.

FSU members can also access the full Agreement on our website here.

Strengthening our future at Bank of Queensland

FSU members made all the difference with getting our new pay and conditions over the line during this round of negotiations.

Our work doesn’t end here, though. To continue securing positive outcomes in the future – and to ensure our new Agreement is correctly implemented – we must keep our union strong. Remember, the more BOQ employees who are FSU members, the more influence we have to secure better wins in the future.

If you’re interested in becoming more involved with our union at Bank of Queensland, contact FSU Organiser Warren Wingrove on 0485 051 143 or reply to this email.

Congratulations once again on achieving this terrific result!
