Concerned about AMB and TMB merger? Let’s protect our working conditions

Consultation is underway for the merger between Australian Mutual Bank (AMB) and Teachers Mutual Bank (TMB).

This is a big and permanent change, and we know times like this can be stressful for employees. Please rest assured that our union is here to support members and represent your interests throughout this process.

Importantly, the banks have committed to your entitlements being equal to or greater than your current conditions when the merger is completed.

This is good news – but we need to make sure management honours their commitment. If you have any concerns about your pay or entitlements under the merger, now is the time to let us know.
