FSU update: MUFG must do better on pay and flexible work

When you voted No to MUFG management’s proposed Enterprise Agreement (EA), you sent a clear message: MUFG needs to do better.

Two key entitlements that must improve are pay and flexible work, including the ability to work from home.

New proposals on pay and flexibility

MUFG has provided the FSU with proposals in these areas, but they do not address your key concerns. We have now given MUFG a revised proposal on pay, and on flexible and blended work.

We’ve also provided an update to the Fair Work Commission and will request further assistance if we cannot reach agreement with MUFG.

Join us for an information session

Come along to an information session this week to hear more about the negotiation process and what you can do to help secure a fair EA.

The FSU will keep fighting for pay and conditions that recognise the work you all do every day for MUFG.
