FSU Workplace Representatives (Reps) are the backbone of our union in workplaces across the country. As a Rep, you are the face of the FSU where it matters most: among your colleagues. You’re a trusted point of contact in your workplace - someone who listens, supports colleagues, shares advice, and raises workplace issues when they arise. You’ll also have access to training, resources, and union backing to help you feel confident and capable in the role.

It’s an important role - one that comes with responsibility, influence, and the support of the broader union behind you. As outlined in the FSU Code of Conduct, our Reps are expected to lead with integrity, inclusivity and a commitment to fairness. Your actions help shape safer, more respectful, and more equitable workplaces.
