Great progress on our First Super Log of Claims – now it’s time to bargain

We’ve had a fantastic response to our Log of Claims endorsement. Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our survey, and especially to Jayson and Tony for their efforts in coordinating this important process.

All the items you said were important have been included in our Log of Claims and will be presented to management when bargaining begins for your new Enterprise Agreement (EA).

Your top five priorities are clear:

  • Pay
  • Superannuation
  • Parental leave
  • Retention of the Christmas and New Year period
  • Work from home flexibility.

We’ve heard from Michele Boucher and we’ll be commencing bargaining with our first meeting on Thursday 29 August.

We are stronger together

As we move forward, we strongly encourage everyone covered by this Enterprise Agreement to become a union member. Membership is key because our collective strength determines our bargaining power at the table.

Don’t sit on the sidelines hoping for the best. Join us and work as a team to achieve the best pay and work conditions.
