It pays to belong to our union… 

FSU membership means support when you need it – from responding to stressful disciplinary matters to recovering unpaid wages.

Remember, in addition to individual support and assistance, your membership fees also help resource and strengthen our union so that we can advocate for better wages and conditions for all members. That includes negotiating new Enterprise Agreements. 

 For example, in 2024-25, our union negotiated 17 new Agreements, covering more than 47,000 finance workers, with a majority including yearly pay rises of at least 4%.
