How do we achieve better pay at Link?
Our pay and work conditions within RSS at Link are captured through several Enterprise Agreements (EAs). With the exception of Superpartners, which already has a 2023 EA in place, RSS employees at Link are on EAs that have either already expired or will expire next year.
This presents an opportunity for us to negotiate for a new Agreement that secures improved pay and progressive working conditions for this group of employees.
So how do we do this?
By now, you will have received the Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR). This notice officially and legally opens up a bargaining period for a new Agreement, for all but the Superpartners employees in RSS.
In time, we’ll be meeting with Link management to begin talking about a number of vital items – things like pay, leave, workloads and more – everything is on the table! But we won’t do this until you have told us what you need and want.
The FSU is automatically your representative in these discussions/negotiations with management for a new Agreement.
