MUFG RSS has come back with a revised pay offer, but it’s still far below what we deserve and members have said a resounding ‘No’ to this. Despite clear feedback rejecting their initial offer, management’s response shows they’re not taking our concerns seriously.
This offer doesn’t reflect the rising cost of living, the value we bring, or the need for fair recognition of our hard work.
