It’s been almost four months since we last had a meeting to negotiate our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) with MUFG Retirement Solutions (RSS).
Last week, we demanded that MUFG RSS lock in a date to recommence negotiations with us yet we still haven’t heard back. We’ve allowed plenty of time for a response, so it’s now time to escalate the issue to CEO Dee McGrath and we have written to her today.
If we still don’t receive a response from Ms McGrath, we will consider raising the issue with the Fair Work Commission.
We’ve had enough delay! Let’s get MUFG RSS back to negotiations.
