MUFG RSS – management must improve pay and flexibility

Members told us loud and clear via our poll that flexibility at work is a major concern, and must be a guaranteed condition in our new Enterprise Agreement.

While management has now provided a revised draft, they seem determined to keep flexibility and blended work in policy only.

Concerningly, management has also not said anything about our pay increases.

Hundreds of MUFG RSS staff committed to vote ‘no’ if management fail to put forward a fair flexible working clause and improved pay offer – a commitment we’ll be keeping unless they improve their proposal.

We all have a role to play

The main thing that will influence management’s position on key issues – including our pay and flexibility – is whether you and your colleagues are engaged with what’s going on.

Here’s how you can make a difference right now:

  • Stay in the loop about important updates regarding negotiations.
  • If you’re not already a member, join the FSU today and be part of the team that’s fighting for better pay and conditions.
  • Forward this email to your colleagues and talk to them about being part of our union.

Let’s work together to ensure we have the best chance of securing a fair deal!
