MUFG RSS: Our pay and conditions are at risk

As you know, we met with MUFG RSS management to resume negotiations for our Enterprise Agreement (EA) after a four-month hiatus.

It was fantastic to see so many of you at our report back meetings last week.

We’ve now reviewed MUFG RSS’ EA proposal in detail and unfortunately it’s one of the worst we’ve ever seen. Our pay and work conditions are now at huge risk and we have serious concerns about what management will do next.

We can no longer stay silent

We need to hear from as many colleagues as possible so we can directly respond to management about pay increases, overtime, hours of work, rosters, leave loading, public holidays, redundancy, superannuation, unpaid work and much more.

If you haven’t already provided your feedback on these issues, the time to do so is now.

Have your say now

Management will take our silence as acceptance so we cannot afford to be silent on this. Please have your say and encourage your colleagues to do the same.

If you’re not yet a member, now is the time to join and make sure your pay and conditions are protected.
